All competitions are entered on a 100% voluntary basis.  We try to encourage all members to participate as it gives them experience and helps build a good level of sportsmanship.  It also provides the perfect opportunity to bond with other girls from our club and other clubs in the Zone.




This is a compeititon held between 3 Western Zone Clubs in August.  It gets everyone prepared for their fist  Zone competition of the year:



These competitions are held over 4 days in September.  You will only need to compete on one of these days as listed below.  To make it easier, Champion Girl and Teams for each age group are held on the same day.


Competition Time summary


Times dates will be advised closer to the dates when all zone members have registered.

Location: St Clair Leisure Centre, Botany Lane, St Clair

Admission: Prepaid tickets must be purchased through the club. Prices to be advised closer to the dates.



Grand Finalists are chosen by the judges of the day from each age group/grade competing at the Champion Girl competitions from the 5 years and up. The Grand Final is the biggest competition of the year and is the result of all the girls' and ladies' hard work over the whole year.

Even if you were not selected to represent the club at Grand Final, you are more than welcome to purchase a ticket, come along and support your club mates.

Admission: Prepaid through club ONLY. Allocated seating. Prices to be advised




Club Competitions are the last competition of the Physie year.  This is a competition for the girls to show off what they have learned all year to family and friends and only members from our club compete at this event.

Date:         Usually 1st  or 2nd weeked in November

Admission: Free, but we ask that your purchase Raffle Tickets to help with costs
